I love what I do.
Had such a good night. First ever all access pass. Such a friendly group of people.
Caught just before they went onstage. Aaron suggested a group shot. Had a serious inner panic as I'm not proficient in flash, being predominantly a non flash using music photographer.
Think it looks ok though.
Any thoughts?

He's a mate a mine so we occasionally come up with shots together. So thats a 'with'. Though he knows far more than I do so it's only a matter of time till it becomes 'for'. =P

I have the same shoes as Aaron.

Well done on the colour cast. Indoors can make things a horrible shade of yellow.

they both work for me. they form my group of bitches. nice shot dude. people perfect. location a bit bright maybe or maybe just a bit 'the same' as rest of shot. otherwise really like conposition. gotta love havin the piano in it too. aces.

great band, great pic too, i think you shoot this using Available light? it soo natural, perfect light too,
but i don't like the signature inside the picture.:D

Lighting was a bit of a bitch. Still not used to flash work and only had a few minutes before they went on stage so most of the shots i took here were too bright in the upper half and too dark in the lower. What you mean by bit 'the same'? Confuzzled.

Nah, needed to use my flashgun for this shot. was a bit too dark otherwise.

Do you just not like how the banner looks or is it just that you dislike having the banner inside the shot?
Kinda started doing that for my band stuff. Just like keeping it mine. Suppose I'm a bit over protective of it.

well i'm agree with you but, i prefer to place my signture outside the picture and i always setting the picture just bigger enough for monitor resolution, about 400 pxl x 600 pxl or vice versa. :)
